about

Nic Dalton and his Gloomchasers, who played their last show in November 2019, release their third and final album in December. Titled The Last Fan it will come out exactly ten years since the previous one (Play All Night) and is a collection of unreleased tracks, demos, single and live tracks recorded between 2004 and 2010. off track “No, Please, No” continues the loose concept created by lyricist Lucy Lehmann about the rocker settling down into a more stable life.

The ‘b-side’ to "No, Please, No" is a live version of "Lawd, I'm Just A Country Boy In This Great Big Freaky City", originally written by Doug Sahm, and was recorded at the launch of Play All Night at the Petersham Bowling Club in December 2010.

The Last Fan released Friday 4th December.
